I-Coats develops innovative overlay finishes and coatings for ropes, nets and steel cables. Since 2006 our 10-person team in Berchem, Antwerp, has supplied customers across Europe, North America and Asia. Export represents 90 percent of our turnover, so precise logistics and order follow-up are essential to our success.
Your Impact
As Operations & Office Coordinator you are the linchpin connecting sales, our Mumbai office, the laboratory, production partners and customers worldwide. You will:
- Enter and monitor incoming customer orders in Winbooks, ensuring accurate, on-time delivery.
- Request transport quotations and book the best road, sea or air solution while applying correct Incoterms.
- Prepare shipping papers, customs documents, delivery notes and invoices.
- Issue purchase orders to production partners and resolve delays swiftly.
- Manage test samples, directing them for analysis and returning treated items to the customer.
- Oversee office facilities, supplies and on-site support for trade fairs and customer visits.
What You Bring
| Education | Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, administration, logistics or related field. |
|---|---|
| Experience | 3+ years in customer service, order processing or commercial operations. |
| Languages | Dutch, English, French and German fluently; extra languages welcome. |
| Digital Skills | Office 365 proficiency and ERP experience (Winbooks preferred). |
| Trade Knowledge | Solid grasp of Incoterms and international logistics procedures. |
| Personal Traits | Independent, accurate, stress-resistant and comfortable in multicultural settings. |
| Location | Primarily Berchem office; limited home working possible with regular on-site presence. |
